Happy Birthday Preston!
Preston's birthday was on May 25th and we celebrated with the family on Memorial day. I have learned not to put to much effort into my cakes because the Hickmans don't like frosting. This year I decided to try an ice cream-brownie cake. The only frosting was the writing and a border. The cake was a hit with the Hickmans. (It looks like a lot of candles but we didn't have enough for Preston's real age. I guess we will let it slide this year.)

I think the Hickmans are CRAZY for not liking frosting - we have the same problem around here. For me it's the best part! But I would not turn down a brownie ice cream cake, that's a great idea. Happy Birthday Preston (now almost a month late...)
Happy belated Preston! Love the new look of your blog Shanda-- it looks fabulous. I am so sad that I didn't get to sing with the group at stake conference! Miss you guys!
