Big Girl Hair!

I discovered that Talia has just enough hair to put all of it in pigtails but only at one spot on her head. Anywhere else and it all falls out. This has been my new favorite hairdo since mid April. It is so fun to have such a girly girl. She loves to put make-up on and brush her hair. She will try and put something on her head like a hair bow and look in the mirror and say "preey" (pretty).
