(March 14, 2009) For Talia's 2nd Birthday I did a small friend party. The theme was a carousel party so I chose food that might be found at a carnival or fair. Bright colored soda, caramel apples, cracker jacks, licorice, veggies (not the normal carnival food but I had to put something healthy in there), corn dogs and fried chicken, oh and ice cream in fun cones.
